Return Notice
General return and exchange policy:
You have a 7-day grace period starting from the day you receive the product, during which you can decide to return it. Please note that the grace period is not a trial period and the product must be in new condition and in its original packaging for a return to be accepted.
For personal hygiene products, except for defective items, unopened products can be returned within a 10-day grace period. However, once the product is opened (e.g., tags removed, used), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on the guidelines of the "Reasonable Exceptions for Termination of Telecommunications Transactions."
Personal hygiene products include underwear (including invisible bras, bra clips, breast pads, transparent shoulder straps, gel inserts/push-up pads, underskirts), shapewear (including vests, shorts, leggings, waist cinchers, innerwear), swimwear, and socks.
This product can be shipped to outlying islands. You can select the outlying island address for delivery during checkout.
The actual shipping and return dates of the product will be communicated to you separately.
After the payment confirmation, we will contact you within two days (excluding holidays) to confirm the delivery details. In remote areas where delivery is not possible, the manufacturer reserves the right to proceed with the shipment or not.
Upon receiving the product, please inspect it promptly according to the standard procedure. If the product has any manufacturing defects, you can request a replacement or return by clicking on the "Contact Us" option.
