If you still need the same item in a different size, please place a new order for it.

Please note that if the return results in the total order value falling below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will still be deducted from your refund. Similarly, if the return causes the order to no longer qualify for a promotion with a minimum purchase requirement, please return the promotional item along with the returned product.

When returning the item, please include the invoice and ensure that you keep a copy of your purchase invoice for your records to avoid any issues with your refund process.
