Refund Instructions
If you receive any unsuitable products, please contact our customer service personnel or send a private message on Facebook within a 10-day inspection period to arrange a return.
GUINEVERE will arrange for a courier to pick up the returned goods (return shipping fee is to be borne by the purchaser and will be deducted by NT$80 from the refund amount). For credit card refunds, the shipping fee cannot be deducted internally. Therefore, customers who choose credit card refunds are required to return the goods to our company at their own expense. Please ensure that the items to be returned are properly packaged. If an invoice was included with the shipment, kindly return the invoice as well.
Bundle promotions or discounted items cannot be returned separately. If the returned items result in not meeting the requirements for the promotional offer, the retained items will revert to their original price, and the price difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the original purchase qualified for a minimum spending promotion or any free gifts, please return the free gifts along with the returned items.
The returned items must be in good and undamaged condition (hang tags and labels intact, no stains, washing, or modifications). Please take note to avoid any delays in the refund process.
Friendly reminder: If there are excessive returns due to personal reasons, Queen Kinran reserves the right to suspend shipments at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding.
